1. Scope of Service
We operate as an independent appliance repair workshop providing doorstep inspection, post-warranty repair, and maintenance for Whirlpool brand home appliances across Andheri West, Vile Parle West, and adjoining Mumbai Western Suburbs.
2. Doorstep Inspection & Diagnosis Fee
A standard doorstep inspection and diagnosis charge (₹299 for general household appliances; ₹349 for split air conditioners and kitchen chimneys) is applicable when our technician visits your residence to diagnose the appliance.
If you approve the estimate provided by our technician and proceed with the repair work, this inspection charge is fully waived or adjusted within your final repair invoice.
3. Quotations & Work Approval
No repairs or component replacements will commence without prior oral or written consent from the customer regarding the estimated charges. Quotations provided on-site are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of initial diagnosis.
4. Replacement Parts & Authenticity
We supply and install genuine, high-grade OEM-compatible replacement spare parts designed to meet original equipment manufacturer specifications. Faulty components replaced during the service visit become the property of the customer unless surrendered for core credit exchange or eco-friendly disposal.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the appliance is reasonably accessible for inspection, with safe electrical connection, running water supply (where required for washing machines and water purifiers), and an adult present during the entire service visit.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians take utmost professional care, we shall not be held liable for pre-existing internal microchip faults, hidden transit damages, cosmetic plastic aging, or water damage caused by plumbing failures beyond the appliance boundary.
